  • Providing general administrative support, including maintaining and updating social care recording systems.

  • Delivering excellent customer care to service users, partners and colleagues.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent customer care and communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Knowledge of Data Protection, confidentiality and safeguarding principles.

  • Confidence using IT systems, especially Microsoft Office and social care databases.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience of minute taking and working in an administrative/customer service role.

  • Ability to travel to other sites across Wakefield if required.
