Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy briefing through to candidate placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Source, interview, and shortlist high-quality candidates.
• Advertise vacancies across various job boards and social media platforms.
• Conduct candidate interviews and compliance checks.
• Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process through to completion.
• Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activity.
• Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A confident and proactive approach to business development.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
• A positive attitude with a genuine desire to succeed.
