Join Our Growing Team

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator / Payroll Administrator to join our busy team based in Birstall. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and experience in recruitment and/or payroll who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the recruitment process from vacancy advertising through to onboarding.
  • Processing candidate registrations and ensuring compliance documentation is completed.
  • Managing payroll administration, including timesheets and payroll processing.
  • Liaising with clients, candidates, and temporary workers via phone and email.
  • Maintaining accurate employee and payroll records.
  • Assisting with contracts, right-to-work checks, and other compliance requirements.
  • Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team.
  • Handling queries efficiently and delivering excellent customer service.

About You

  • Previous experience in recruitment administration, payroll administration, or a similar office-based role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment/payroll systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and a team-focused approach.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.
  • Monday to Friday working hours (8:30am - 5:00pm) – no weekends.
