My first recruitment role involved blue and pink cards, and sales worked out on the back of a fag packet. Fifteen years on, we do things rather better — and it's my goal to make sure every client gets the best service possible from everyone at Route 1. I work across Commercial, Manufacturing & Engineering, and Transport & Logistics, right through to fully managed services including compliance and bespoke packages.
