I've worked in recruitment since 2015 and joined Route 1 in November 2019. I started out looking after admin, payroll and credit control, then took the leap to the coal face and joined the Driving Division. That's grown over time, and I'm now involved in recruitment across all our divisions — no two days are ever the same. The market keeps changing and we're always learning and adapting, which is exactly what I enjoy most.
