After spending years navigating the world of IT recruitment, I’ve since made the move into industrial recruitment, and I’m loving the change of pace! It’s a sector where no two days are the same, there’s always something happening, and somehow the days just seem to fly by. With two decades in recruitment behind me, I’ve built a strong understanding of what makes the industry tick — from finding the right talent and building genuine candidate relationships to understanding what businesses really need. For me, it’s never just about filling a vacancy; it’s about finding the right person for the right role and making the whole process work for everyone. Over the years, I’ve developed a pretty good radar for spotting great talent, tackling resourcing challenges and getting things moving. I like to keep recruitment human, straightforward and, wherever possible, fun.
